    Amazing drink that tastes like iced tea

    Bought 2 trial packs and I loved it! I felt less bloated on the days I was drinking them. The flavors are also really good, it’s like drinking iced tea & that’s a huge bonus given that most electrolytes drinks taste awful to me. I do use quite a lot of water per serving bc they taste pretty sweet. Overall amazing experience!

    Making a real difference

    Started with Humantra on the advice of my son who felt that I wasn’t hydrating sufficiently and he explained that water wasn’t enough. I suffer badly from migraines and have been weaning myself off daily anti-epilepsy medication for three months to try and live without medication . I took a sachet in 800ml water first thing every morning - the trial pack was great to help identify the flavours I liked. I felt better within about five days and it encouraged me to continue drinking water throughout the day - something I was not good at. Before finishing the trial pack I had subscribed to receive the monthly packs and chose the Himalayan Lime. Since starting the daily routine ( 14 days in) I’ve not suffered from a migraine and am fully off medication now. My only criticism is the packs don’t provide the full months quota but now that I see Boots sell the product I’ll buy a box and supplement it over the missing days from my subscription. I loved the Elderberry flavour too. It’s making a real difference to helping me manage my migraines and also improved my digestion and constipation. I’m hooked !

    What a great boost and relief for cramping legs!

    Loved it! Used them whilst long hikes up the mountains in Wales and what a grand boost it was. Not a fan of all the flavours but definitely found a couple that worked for me. A+ Humantra!
