We recommend one sachet each morning as part of your daily routine. Start your day right with one sachet in the morning mixed with 500 - 1,000ml of water.
Is there sugar in Humantra?
Humantra is sweetened naturally using stevia leaf extract, a natural sweetener with no added sugars.
Will Humantra break your fast?
Each sachet contains under 10 calories, which is considered suitable for most intermittent fasting routines. However, this may vary depending on your fasting approach.
Does Humantra contain caffeine?
No, Humantra is completely caffeine-free.
How many calories are in Humantra?
Each serving contains between 5–10 calories, depending on the flavour.

Can I make changes to my order?
We totally get it — sometimes you spot something you’d like to tweak right after placing your order! Our fulfillment team works quickly to get your Humantra order packed and shipped, which is great for speedy delivery, but it means we can’t make changes once your order is confirmed.

  • Product changes: Once your order is placed, we can’t swap flavours or products. If you’d like to try something new, simply add it to your next order.
    Tip: If you’re on a subscription, you can update your flavour or product before your next renewal date.
  • Address changes: Orders are processed immediately, so we’re unable to update delivery addresses after checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link for the latest updates. If it’s delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us via our contact form and we’ll investigate right away.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.
Please reach out via our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order and include a photo if possible. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as we can.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?

Our warehouse team works fast to ensure your order ships quickly, which means we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

Can I return my order?
Humantra products are consumable, so we can only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You may be eligible for a return if:
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product is completely unused and unopened
  • There is another exceptional circumstance (reviewed case by case)

Please note that returns are subject to a quality check once received at our warehouse. Refunds are only issued if the return meets our acceptance criteria.

  • First-time orders: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Repeat or subscription orders: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all contents included. We’re unable to accept returns for opened or used items unless the product is faulty.
