I'm extremely happy to have taken the plunge and tried Humantras different flavoured pack. I have never felt or had such results from any electrolytes I've taken before. Especially after just a day or two.
They helped my gut feel easier ie no gas and discomfort, better deeper sleep and left me feeling more rested and recovered in the mornings on waking but also more energised and focused during the day.
The fact that there are no added sugars and only natural ingredients that are good for the body and the sources are food grade not synthetic is a big bonus and probably contributes to how my body has responded so well to these electrolytes.
All the flavours were nice. I particularly enjoyed the lime and the lychee. Shame these don't come as a bundle like some others do unfortunately. However I will most definitely be continuing with these. See how they pan out over a longer time period.
